      Hemivertebra is the complete unilateral failure of vertebral body formation and is a common cause of congenital scoliosis.

      Genetics of non-isolated hemivertebra - a systematic review of fetal, neonatal, and infant cases.
      There is a paucity of literature on the genetic etiologies and outcome of prenatally diagnosed isolated fetal hemivertebra. Our objective was to review the genetic etiologies and clinical outcomes of isolated fetal hemivertebra.
